After a triumphant season in Supersport in 2023, culminating in winning the world title with three races to go and securing 16 victories out of 24 races, Bulega confidently transitioned to Superbike. Riding the Ducati Panigale V4 R for the Aruba.it Racing – Ducati team, the young Italian talent held his own against highly experienced rivals, conceding the title only in the final stages to Toprak Razgatlıoğlu on BMW.

Highlights included winning Race 1 and securing the Superpole in Jerez on the final race weekend—where he set a record time of 1’37’’596—along with victories in Superpole and Race 2 at Magny-Cours, France. Additional triumphs came in Race 1 at Phillip Island, Australia, and in Superpole in Portugal.
A successful debut in Superbike, where Nicolò claimed a total of 24 podiums - an absolute record for a rookie in the category - including 6 victories, 15 second places, 3 third places, along with 11 fastest laps in races.
